Registration
Registration is not yet open. The conference fee, which covers catering costs, is €50 for IOPS members and €150 for external participants. For payments through we refer to the upcoming registration form.

As always, the event promises to be filled with engaging presentations from our PhD students, a keynote talk, PhD meeting, delightful cuisine, and enjoyable social gathering.

We are looking forward to meeting you in Leiden.

IOPS Best Paper Award 2025

Call for nominations – Deadline April 15, 2025

IOPS is soliciting nominations for an award for exceptional published research by an IOPS PhD student.

IOPS rewards this prize for a single research article published or accepted for publication in the year 2024. The winner will receive an amount of € 600 sponsored by IOPS and will be invited to give a presentation at future IOPS conferences. The jury will announce the author of the winning paper at the upcoming Summer Conference in Leiden.

Poster & Oral presentations

Call for applications – Deadline May 10, 2025

You can apply for a presentation via the registration form as soon as it is available. We will also contact PhD students if it is their ‘turn’ to give a presentation. For more information on presentations, please see these guidelines.

Those who wish to present their work or act as a discussant can already indicate this by sending an email to secretariaat@iops.nl.
